A journey around the River Machno
Awn am dro i lawr yr Afon Machno, o'i ddechreuad yn Nhwll y Cwm i'w ddiwedd oddi tan Ffatri Wlân Penmachno. Ar y ffordd cawn dipyn o hanes y pentrefi sydd ar lan yr afon, sef Cwm Penmachno a Penmachno. Cawn hefyd dipyn o hanes y chwarel.
Let us go for a journey down the River Machno, from its beginning in "Twll y Cwm" 'till its end below the Woollen Mills. On the way we shall encounter some of the history of the villages on the side of the river, namely Cwm Penmachno and Penmachno. We shall also encounter some of the history of the Quarries in Cwm Penmachno.
